We accept the following methods of payment:
All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. If your product has a long lead time has a long lead time you must still pay in full at the time of purchase. You will notify if your item(s) are not available immediately.
If you would like to phone in your payment, just order through our cart as normal and choose the “Phone in Credit Card Info” payment option to complete your order. You will receive a payment confirmation with the details of your order shipment.
Reviewing and Inspecting your Delivery
We make every effort to ensure that your order is pulled and processed correctly. We also use extra packaging to ensure that it arrives to you safely.
Please inspect your order carefully at the time of receipt. You should confirm the accuracy of your order and verify that all products have arrived in satisfactory condition. Any claims for damage and / or errors must be made immediately. Any product will be replaced and any errors will be corrected immediately.

For your goods in acceptable condition, any later recourse would have to be taken up directly with the freight company that delivered your order.

Manufactures Warranty & Product Defects
SunshinePlumbing.com sells only quality products from leading industry manufactures.
Product defects and warranty issues should be addressed directly with the manufacturer. It is the manufacturer responsibility to investigate defective claims and issue a replacement or a refund according to their warranty.
Orders under $300.00 are charged a $15.00 handling fee.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the US Virgin Islands are quoted on a per-order basis.
Certain orders shipped out the reach of our normal delivery network, may carry shipping and / or residential up charges. Please contact our customer service department at (888) 870-2271 firstname.lastname@example.org to determine if your address falls within one of these areas.
Orders are normally processed the next business day after the order is placed

Sales Tax Policy
All orders shipped within the state of Florida will be assessed sales tax. Orders shipped outside of the state of Florida and internationally are not subject to sales tax.
