Return Policy
All
returns MUST be in original condition to be accepted. Discontinued
items may be non-returnable.
Stock-Item Return
The 30-Day “No Hassle Rule”:
Any stock return made within 30 days of purchase will NOT be
charged a restocking fee.
0 - 30 days from sale date: 0% restocking charge
31 – 60 days from sale date: 25% restocking charge
61 – 90 days from sale date: 50% restocking charge
No stock returns will be accepted after 90 days.
Non-stock Item Return
All non-stock
returns are made at our discretion. A minimum restocking charge
of 25% + freight will be applied. No non-stock
returns will be allowed after 60 days.
No returns will accepted after 60 days on non-stock items.
Returned Items Picked Up by Sunshine Plumbing Supply
A freight
charge will be assessed on all returns that are picked up by
us. The appropriate restocking charge
will be assessed in addition to any freight charges.
