QWhat is your return policy?AMerchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchasing for a credit, provided it is in its original packaging and in a resalable condition. Returns are subjected to a minimum of a 15% restocking fee, depending on the manufacturer, plus all shipping charges. Some items are non returnable and non refundable. Special finish items may have higher restocking charges or depending on the manufacturer, may be non-returnable. Shipping charges are non refundable. Returns are completely at our discretion. If you are not sure what the return policy is for a certain item, then please inquire before you make your purchase. No returns will be accepted without a Return Goods Authorization, issued by either Sunshineplumbing.com or our vendor that shipped your goods. Returned goods authorizations must be received from Sunshineplumbing.com only.
All products must be returned in original packaging and in reasonable condition. We will not accept damaged merchandise that was not inspected by the customer upon delivery and not claimed on the original delivery receipt. Installed product cannot be returned for credit.

QDoes your store charge sales tax?AOur store only charges and collects sales tax at a rate of 6.5% for orders shipped or billed within the state of Florida. Orders shipped or billed outside of the State of Florida and the United States, are not subject to pay sales tax to sunshineplumbing.com. Please refer to your local states sales tax policies, for laws and guidelines within your state. *Your sales tax will be credited if your shipment is being shipped to a freight forwarder in South Florida for overseas delivery
QWhat is your shipping policy?AWe regularly ship within the Continental United States as well as to the Caribbean Islands. Orders under $300.00 will be charged a flat $15.00 handling fee. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the US Virgin islands is quoted on a per order basis.
QWhat if my goods get delivered damaged?AReviewing and Inspecting Your Delivery
We take every effort to ensure that your order is picked and processed correctly. We also use extra packaging to ensure that it arrives to you safely.
Please inspect your order carefully at the time of receipt, you should confirm the accuracy of the order and verify that all products have arrived in satisfactory condition. Any claims for damages and/or errors must be made immediately. Any damaged product will be replaced and any errors will be corrected immediately.
Sunshineplumbing.com cannot accept responsibility for any damages that are concealed. Please make sure your freight is acceptable when you sign for it. Once you have signed for your goods in good shape any later recourse would have to be taken up directly with the freight company that delivered your goods.

QMay I cancel an order?AYou may cancel your order, and receive a refund provided your order has not been shipped from our inventory, or a non-cancelable purchase order, had not been generated by sunshineplumbing.com to our vendor. Lead-times vary based on product type and finish. Our customer service desk can inform your of the status of your order and advise you whether or not the order can be canceled for a full refund.
